Statement on the Use of Event Photographs and Teaching Materials (2025)
Heritage Connect Ltd ("our Organisation") recently received multiple reports alleging that event photographs and teaching materials owned by our Organisation (the "Materials") have been used without authorization by a newly established event planning company named "HeyX" (the "Company"). These Materials have been widely displayed on the Company's website, quotations, and promotional leaflets. It is also noted that the Company claimed to clients that the Materials are the outcomes of its own past events.
After reviewing our records and event documentation, we confirm that all materials are original works owned by our Organisation and that we have never authorised the Company to use them. Such acts are suspected of infringing copyright and have seriously prejudiced the legitimate rights and interests of our Organisation.
We have issued a demand letter and submitted relevant evidence to Hong Kong Customs for criminal investigation (Case No.: A38931000). We reserve all rights to pursue further legal action against any party suspected of unlawfully obtaining or using the Materials.
Heritage Connect has always been committed to promoting cultural heritage and values education. Over the years, we have earned the trust of the academic community. We place immense importance on the originality and professionalism of our teaching materials and will never tolerate any infringement of intellectual property rights.
Heritage Connect reminds clients to select service providers carefully and review their backgrounds and track records to protect their rights and interests.

Statement on Quotation Documents and Company Affiliation (2023)
Heritage Connect Ltd ("our Organisation") has recently received enquiries from several institutions, stating that "S Culture Ltd" has a quotation and invoice with a layout design and terms that are highly similar to ours, and they are concerned that the party may be related to our Organisation.
Upon investigation, that party was founded by Miss Lee, a former employee of our Organisation, during her employment period. This seriously violates the contractual terms of "conflict of interest" and "non-competition", which prohibit operating a company of the same business nature during the paid employment period and for a certain period after leaving the company. Our Organisation has issued a demand letter to reserve the right to seek compensation and/or take other legal remedies.
Our Organisation has also noted that the related persons of that party have repeatedly impersonated public officers to request quotation documents from our Organisation. After seeking legal advice, our Organisation reported the matter to the Police (Case No.: LM543/23HK/C54/6) and informed the Education Bureau.
Our Organisation hereby declares that the party is not established or operated by our Organisation and has no relationship with our Organisation. We remind schools to be aware of the relevant risks when selecting service providers for Chinese cultural activities on campus.
